Nick Denton-Clark is Chief Operating Officer of Kimmeridge and in that role, oversees all non-investment activity at the firm.
Prior to joining Kimmeridge, Mr. Denton-Clark was Global Head of Governance, Resiliency and Controls for BNY Mellon’s Securities Services and Digital business. Previously, Mr. Denton-Clark held positions in Strategy, Operational improvement, Risk and Compliance across leading Asset Management, FinTech and Consulting firms including Allianz Global Investors, PayPal, PwC and Deloitte.
Mr. Denton-Clark holds a Batchelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from Bristol University.
