Michael Healey works as a Vice President at Kimmeridge, supporting the firm’s sustainable investment and engagement efforts. Mr. Healey has over 12 years of energy experience working in various roles in accounting, finance, economics, investor relations, commercial and M&A. Prior to Kimmeridge, Mr. Healey served as Director of Planning and Economics for ConocoPhillips’ Permian assets. Prior to this, Mr. Healey was Director of Delaware Basin F&PA for ConocoPhillips where he led integration efforts of the Concho Resources acquisition and the acquisition of Shell’s Delaware Permian assets. Before ConocoPhillips acquisition of Concho Resources, Mr. Healey was a member of Concho Resources investor relations team where he supported corporate messaging, strategy and ESG disclosure. Mr. Healey started his career as a financial analyst at ConocoPhillips where he had responsibilities including economic, performance, and financial statement analysis within several business units.

Mr. Healey holds a B.B.A in Finance from Kansas State University.
