Prior to joining Kimmeridge, Mr. Byrnes served as an Equity Research Associate at Citigroup covering exploration and production companies.
Mr. Byrnes is on the Board of US Light Energy (USLE), a distributed generation solar developer, specializing in community solar projects. Mr. Byrnes holds a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.
