Holly WestHead of Talent
Holly West is Head of Talent at Kimmeridge, responsible for the firm’s overall strategy in building, developing, and retaining the Kimmeridge team. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. West was a commissioned officer in the United States Army. She served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her military career with her most recent as the Director of Strategic Plans and Assessment at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Dr. West earned a Ph.D. in Education Leadership from New York University, an M.B.A from the University of Kentucky, and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy.
