Dylan Garrett is a Director of Operations at Kimmeridge, supporting the investment team and overseeing operational execution and performance optimization across the portfolio. Mr. Garrett has over 14 years of experience in the energy sector spanning completions engineering, asset evaluation, and operational leadership roles. Prior to joining Kimmeridge, Mr. Garrett served as a Completions Engineer at Capitan Energy, where he led Completions in the western Delaware Basin and delivered top-tier production results. Earlier in his career, Mr. Garrett worked at Halliburton as a Completions Consultant within the Asset Management Group, designing and supervising stimulation programs across the lower 48.
Mr. Garrett holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
