Brittany McCormick is Assistant General Counsel and Vice President, Legal & Compliance at Kimmeridge, responsible for supporting the firm’s legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining Kimmeridge, Ms. McCormick was Legal Counsel at Knighthead Capital Management, LLC, where she was responsible for legal and compliance matters across the firm. Prior to Knighthead, Ms. McCormick was an Associate in the structuring group at HedgeMark Advisors, LLC. She started her career at Citigroup Inc. working as a Senior Compliance Analyst in the research clearance group.
Ms. McCormick has a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware. Ms. McCormick is licensed to practice law in New York.
