Nicole SimsSenior Landman
Nicole Sims, CPL is a Senior Landman at Kimmeridge, with 17 years of technical and operational experience in oil and gas acquisitions, divestments, title due diligence, leasing and mineral transactions across most major U.S. basins. Ms. Sims began her career as a field landman, leading large-scale leasing efforts and managing on-the-ground title research, due diligence processes and mineral acquisitions. She later advanced into in-house roles with private E&P’s, leading leasing and curative efforts and contributing to the successful execution of multi-rig drilling programs. At Kimmeridge, Ms. Sims has applied this field-based perspective and ground-up understanding of land processes to oversee acquisitions, divestitures and land data quality control and integration for numerous Kimmeridge portfolio companies.
Ms. Sims has a B.S.in Psychobiology from Arcadia University. Ms. Sims is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landman and the Canadian Association the American Energy Professionals.
