Fayçal Benjelloun leads Kimmeridge’s capital formation and investor relations efforts in the Middle East and oversees the firm’s office in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Mr. Benjelloun joined Kimmeridge from Mubadala Capital, where he was responsible for Business Development and Investor Relations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. During his tenure, Mr. Benjelloun cultivated relationships with leading institutional investors, family offices, and financial institutions throughout these regions.

Previously, Mr. Benjelloun spent over a decade at BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, holding roles in the UAE, Bahrain, and Morocco. There, he managed key relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds, government entities, and financial institutions across the Middle East and Africa. He advised on international sovereign debt issuances, structured financing solutions for asset acquisitions, and led the origination of M&A mandates for financial institutions and sovereign clients. He also oversaw the bank’s credit exposure to this client base.

Mr. Benjelloun holds an MBA from Gannon University (USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Leadership (USA).
