Jenny Kogan, CPA is a Controller at Kimmeridge. Ms. Kogan is responsible for the execution of the fund accounting, tax reporting, audit and operations functions of the Kimmeridge funds. Prior to joining Kimmeridge, Ms. Kogan was a Senior Accountant at Gen II Fund Services, LLC, where she was responsible for managing the accounts and reporting deliverables for private equity funds.
Ms. Kogan graduated with a M.S. in Global Business and Finance from Brooklyn College – City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant.
